Parking and Driving Regulations

All students are required to register their vehicles and to display the Holy Cross College parking decal on the front, lower left corner (driver's side) of the windshield. The first parking decal issued each year to students is free of charge. Replacement or additional decals will have a fee of $30 that will be charged to the student's account. Vehicles not displaying a Holy Cross College parking decal will be ticketed and/or towed at the student's expense. Temporary permits for visitors/parents are available in the Admissions Office or from Campus Security during normal business hours.

All commuter students are to park only in the front lot nearest the highway, just east of the Millennium Arch. Students who reside in the residence halls must park in the back lot, on the west side of the campus. Students may not park in faculty/staff, hall staff, visitor parking spaces, or in restricted areas. In compliance with fire safety regulations, parking is not permitted in the driveway areas.

For the safety of all Holy Cross College community members, the speed limit on campus is 15 mph unless otherwise posted. Please drive slowly and with care on the campus roads as pedestrian traffic has the right of way.

Vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed for violations of the above regulations. Records are maintained in the Campus Security Office. Excessive parking violations may result in the loss of parking privileges. The college declines any responsibility for the loss of, or damage to vehicles using the college parking lot.

To receive a vehicle registration decal, please complete the registration form below and submit it on line. Freshmen are to pick up decals from the Parking Decal Table during orientation/registration at Holy Cross College. All other students must contact Campus Security (239-8312) to register for and obtain a vehicle registration decal. This must be done no later than the first day of class.
